SEO & PPC Executive

We are looking for a knowledgeable SEO & PPC Executive with previous agency experience, to join our team and support our clients on their Google, Meta and TikTok Ads, SEO and content writing. You will be part of the Performance Marketing team and execute effective strategies for a wide range of clients across various industries

Key Responsibilities:

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO):

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimisation.
  • Support technical SEO audits and implement recommended improvements.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar.
  • Stay up to date with search engine algorithm changes and industry developments.

Google, Meta and TikTok Ads (PPC):

  • Support in the planning, creating and management of ad campaigns across Google, Meta and TikTok
  • Optimise campaigns to maximise ROI, manage budgets, and improve quality scores.
  • Carry out A/B testing for ad copy and landing pages.
  • Analyse and report on performance data, providing actionable insights.

SEO Content Writing:

  • Write and edit engaging, SEO-optimised blog posts, landing pages, product descriptions, website content and social captions.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure consistency and audience engagement.

 

Refresh and optimise existing content for improved search rankings.

Required Skills:

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in SEO and Google Ads (preferably within an agency setting).
  • Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
  • Demonstrable experience in running and optimising successful Google, Meta and TikTok Ads campaigns.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create content that is both engaging and search engine-friendly.
  • Proficiency in using SEO and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, SEMrush, Tag Manager, Google Merchant Centre and Search Console).
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Google Ads Certifications.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress.
  • You must be literate on Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets & Slides or Microsoft equivalent
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Critical thinker and problem solver

We are looking for someone who can work from our office in Chapel Allerton, Leeds, but offer flexible hours and hybrid working up to 2 days per week.
