Head of Operations
Jamie-lee joined Trio in 2019 as an Account Manager and has grown with the business ever since, progressing through several roles to become our Head of Operations in 2024. With a background spanning digital marketing, client delivery and operations management, Jamie-lee brings an understanding of both people and process to every part of the business.

Jamie-lee began her digital marketing career in 2012, progressing from an apprenticeship through roles in communications, account management, and senior client delivery. At Trio, she now leads the design and development team and supports agency operations, ensuring projects run smoothly.
Passionate about improving processes and team collaboration, she’s recently been co-leading an AI project alongside Trio’s in-house AI Engineer Mahmoud, to streamline client briefings. Jamie-lee combines strategic insight with hands-on leadership in Trio’s growth.

I’ve been enjoying Blood Orange by Harriet Tyce recently – a gripping thriller that’s a tad tricky to put down!
For something lighter after a long day, the podcast ‘Sh**ged. Married. Annoyed.’ is my go to for a good laugh and some relatable chaos.
