What I’m watching:
I’m a big anime fan. If you haven’t dipped into it yet, I’d say start with something like Attack on Titan or Demon Slayer. Incredible storytelling, just in animated form. Honestly more gripping than most things on Netflix.
How I switch off:
When I’m not at a screen, you’ll probably find me out on the motorbike. There’s nothing better for clearing your head than hopping on the bike with no particular destination. And when I really want to get away from it all, I head out for a wild camp. No signal, no notifications, just a tent and whatever the weather decides to do. I highly recommend it if you haven’t tried it.
