Prior to joining Trio, Paddy worked at HSBC as a Customer Service Officer and was selected to be part of the One Best Customer Experience Initiative, which helped shape his approach to communication, trust and customer experience. Paddy also spent several years managing property renovations and construction projects, developing strong organisational, problem-solving and people-management skills along the way.
After helping develop and integrate Trio’s Client Success Programme into the wider business, Paddy’s role naturally evolved into paid media through growing involvement in campaign support, keyword research, reporting and optimisation. He particularly enjoys the strategic side of paid media, understanding evolving search behaviour and learning how small refinements can make a meaningful difference to campaign performance over time.
