With a background that blends customer service, project management and client success, Paddy has always focused on creating great experiences for people. Prior to joining Trio, he worked at HSBC as a Customer Service Officer and was selected to be part of the One Best Customer Experience Initiative, which helped shape his approach to building strong client relationships. In addition to this, Paddy has spent several years managing property renovations and construction projects, working diligently to ensure that projects were delivered on time, to the highest quality and within budget. Paddy’s broad range of experience helps him to understand the importance of clear communication and building trust to deliver lasting results.
